Receipts and invoices,
handled.

Send receipt and invoice photos via WhatsApp. Extracto extracts the fields, tracks running totals per project, and gives you a dashboard to review everything — under 2 minutes, no password needed.

WHAT YOU USE

How it works

  1. 1

    Snap

Take a photo of any receipt or invoice on your phone.

  2. 2

    Send

Send it to Extracto on WhatsApp. One number for your whole company.

  3. 3

    Confirm

The bot replies with the extracted fields — vendor, date, amount, VAT. Confirm and save.

  4. 4

    Manage

Your dashboard and control panel handle projects, team, invoices, and reports — all in one place.

Nothing counts until a person says so.

Extracto reads the document; it does not decide. Every figure waits beside the photograph it came from until somebody in your office has checked both and confirmed. Only then does it enter a total, and only then is it billed.

THE RECORD

Corrections are kept, not overwritten

Change a figure and the document keeps both: what it said, what it says now, who changed it and when. A correction made after sign-off is recorded as one.

THE TOTALS

Pending moves nothing

An unconfirmed document adds to no total. Invoiced, outstanding, VAT, spend against a project — every figure on the dashboard sums confirmed documents only. Until then it is a line in the review queue and nothing more.

A document nobody accepts is marked rejected rather than deleted: out of every total, never billed, and still there to look at with its photograph attached.

A day, at both ends.

The site sends, the office confirms, and the two never have to meet.

ON SITE

Nobody logged in.

No app, no account, no password. A camera and a thread that was already on the phone.

IN THE OFFICE

Nobody chased.

The queue fills itself while the site works. Reading it and confirming is the whole job.

A composed day with invented suppliers and figures. The hours are an ordinary site day in the UAE.

One tenth of one percent.

0.1% of what you confirm, with AED 1,500 a month as the minimum bill — or AED 12,000 paid once for a full year, which puts that minimum at AED 1,000. No per-user fee and no tiers.

Or your 0.1% of confirmed value, whichever is the greater. Never both.

Paid once, for the year

AED 1,000 a month, prepaid. You owe only what your 0.1% adds above it.

WHAT YOU PAY, AGAINST WHAT YOU CONFIRM

AED 0 confirmedAED 2,000,000 confirmed a month

Both plans end as the same line. The prepayment stops covering a whole month at AED 1,000,000 of confirmed value, and from AED 1,500,000 upwards the two plans cost exactly the same.

PAY MONTHLY

AED 1,500 a month, until your 0.1% rises past it.

COMMIT TO A YEAR

AED 1,000 a month, prepaid as AED 12,000 once. Only what your 0.1% adds above it is ever billed.

WHAT ANNUAL SAVES

AED 500 a month while you stay under AED 1,000,000 of confirmed value, narrowing to nothing at AED 1,500,000.

YOUR 0.1%

0.1% of the value your team confirms. Neither plan bills less than its own minimum, and past both of them this is simply what you pay.

Work out what your month would cost

Five fair questions.

Asked on nearly every first call. Answered in a sentence each.

“My guys will never use new software.”
There is nothing to install. It is WhatsApp — already on the phone, already how they send photos — and sending a receipt is sending a photo to one number.
“Half our paperwork is in Arabic.”
Extracto reads Arabic documents, and it replies in whichever language you write to it in. The site and the dashboard both switch with the toggle at the top.
“What if it reads a number wrong?”
A person checks every figure against the photograph before it counts: the image sits beside the fields on the review screen, and any field can be corrected there or from WhatsApp.
“What happens to our documents?”
They sit on encrypted disks in the Middle East, backed up to Europe, and no other company can see them. Closing your account deletes everything thirty days later — and there is no download, so ask us for a copy before you do.
“Why a percentage?”
Because a flat monthly fee charges the company sending twenty documents the same as the one sending two thousand. At 0.1% the cost follows the value you confirm. There is a minimum — AED 1,500 a month, or AED 1,000 if you commit to a year — and it is a floor under a quiet month rather than a charge on a busy one.
